This orange cake is amazing, as well as having a super fluffy batter, it still has a delicious orange cream filling that is simply sensational, you and your whole family are sure to love it!
- 400 ml condensed milk
- 75 gr powdered milk
- 400 ml orange juice
- 200 ml of cream or milk cream. eggs
- 190 g sugar
- 200 ml of oil
- 250 g self-rising flour
- 1 Grated zest of orange
- 15 g baking soda
Mix the condensed milk and powdered milk together very well.
Add one cup of orange juice and one cup of cream, and mix well.
Heat over medium heat, stirring until it comes to a boil and becomes creamy and thick. Reserve the cream.
Beat the eggs.
Add the sugar, flour, orange and oil, and mix well.
Add the baking powder and orange zest and mix until blended.
Fill the mould to be used with the cream.
Preheat the oven to 180 Cº or 355 Fº and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven
Once tempered, divide into two
Fill with the cream. Top with the other cake piece and set aside in the fridge or refrigerator for at least two hours.
Decorate with icing sugar
Unmould and cut
Serve and enjoy!
