- 300 g chicken breast
- 3 potato
- 1⁄2 onion
- 2 tablespoon salt
- 3 pinches pepper
- oil
- 2 egg
- 200 g milk cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Curry seasoning
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Chimichurri
- 1 tomato
- 200 g grated mozzarella cheese
- oregano

1. Step
In a medium casserole dish, add oil. Spread.
2. Step
Cut the onion into strips and spread it in the refractory dish.
3. Step
Take the potatoes and cut them into slices and place them in the baking dish.
4. Step
Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and add a pinch of oil on top.
5. Step
Take the chicken breast, cut it into fillets and then cut it into cubes.
6. Step
Add the salt and black pepper, mix everything with your hands and transfer the chicken to the baking dish.
7. Step
In a medium bowl add the eggs and cream. Mix well.
8. Step
Season with salt, black pepper, curry and chimichurri. Mix well and transfer to the baking dish.
9. Step
Cover with aluminium foil. Place in a preheated oven at 200 °C and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
10. Step
Cut the tomato into 6 equal slices.
11. Step
Remove the baking dish from the oven, uncover, add the cheese and tomato on top and bake for a further 15-20 minutes.
12. Step
Let it cool before serving. Eat while hot. Enjoy!
