Spinach and ricotta pastry recipe

Healthy spinach recipes (including what goes well with spinach)
- 300 g spinach
- 200 g Ricotta cheese
- 20 g Cheese powder
- 2 cloves grated garlic
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1⁄3 tsp black pepper
- puff pastry dough
Boil the spinach for 1 minute with a little salt.
Cool in cold water and drain.
Chop and place in a bowl.
Add the grated garlic
Add the ricotta cheese, cheese powder, egg, salt and black pepper.
Cut the puff pastry into 6 equal parts. Put a spoonful of filling on each part and fold it in half.
Sprinkle with flour.
Press the edges of the dough with a fork.
Spread the egg yolk on the dough.
Bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
