- 250 g Filo Dough Sheets
- 300 g spinach
- 250 g Feta or Ricotta Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- olive oil
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 clove garlic
In a frying pan with plenty of oil, fry the onion and garlic, previously chopped. Once poached, add the spinach
Remove them and put them in a bowl. Then, add the cheese and mix well.
Add salt, thyme, pepper and beaten egg and mix.
Separately, grease the container. Brush the slices with olive oil. Spread the filling along one end of the sheet. Fold 2 sheets and roll.
Place the sheets from the outside to the inside in a spiral shape one by one. Brush with beaten egg and take to the oven at 200º for 25 minutes.
Remove from heat, let it cool and serve. Enjoy!
