- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 60 g sugar
- 4 tablespoon oil
- cinnamon powder
- 90 g Wheat flour
- 5 g chemical yeast
In a bowl, chop the banana and mash it with a fork.
Add the egg, sugar, oil and cinnamon powder and mix well. Then, add the wheat flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
Take a 16 cm diameter pudding mould greased with butter. Then, mix sugar and cinnamon powder and sprinkle on top.
Place the mould in the air fryer at 160°C for just 12 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
