- 350 g fine flour
- 240 g icing sugar
- 100 g maize starch
- 1 sachet vanillin
- 6 g baking powder
- 1 egg
- 120 ml milk
- 100 g melted butter
In a bowl, mix the flour with the icing sugar and potato starch. Then, add the vanillin and baking soda. Start mixing with the help of a hand whisk.
Add the egg and milk.
Mix the ingredients with your hands and add the melted butter. Knead the dough until creating a compact ball.
Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Take a walnut-sized piece of dough, knead it into a ball and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. With the help of a wooden spoon, make a hole in the dough.
Bake the biscuits in a ventilated oven at 190°C for 15 minutes. Once baked, let them cool and serve.
