How to cook Chickpeas: Foolproof Tips

  • 240 g chickpeas Added to
  • 12 cauliflower Added to
  • 2 carrots Added to
  • 1 volume green asparagus Added to
  • 2 cloves garlic Added to
  • 20 g fresh ginger Added to
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce Added to
  • 2 tablespoon mustard Added to
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed Added to
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika Added to
  • olive oil Added to

1. Step

Cut the cauliflower into small florets, peel the carrots and cut them into 2 cm strips and clean the asparagus and cut them into 4 small pieces each.

2. Step

Chop the ginger and dice the garlic cloves very finely.

3. Step

In a wok, put a little olive oil and when it is hot, add the chopped garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.

4. Step

Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes over high heat.

5. Step

Add the chickpeas, soy sauce and mustard and sauté everything together for a couple of minutes over high heat.

6. Step

Serve with some sesame seeds and a little sweet paprika on top for decoration.
