Chocolate tartlets
Recipe for delicious sweet chocolate tartlets.
Ingredients
- 250 g Plain flour
- 125 g butter
- 100 g confectionery sugar
- 1 piece egg
- pinch of salt
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 ml whipping cream

Directions
First, prepare the dough for the tartlets. Put the plain flour, butter, icing sugar, egg and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly to form a smooth dough. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After half an hour, roll out the dough and cut out circles, which are placed in tartlet moulds.
Put the dough to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 10-15 minutes.
While the dough is baking, prepare the chocolate filling. Heat the whipping cream, but do not boil. Cut the dark chocolate into smaller pieces and place in the hot cream.
Stir the resulting mixture thoroughly until the chocolate is melted.
Then divide the finished chocolate filling into the cooled tartlets, you can sprinkle them with nuts or spray them with whipped cream before serving.
