Beet salad with apple full of vitamins

This recipe is a family favorite and I make it often for lunches and picnics. It's a fresh and crunchy salad with a sweet and tart flavor that goes well with grilled chicken or fish. The combination of beet and apple gives this salad a beautiful color and if, like me, you love the taste of fresh lemons and dill, then this salad is a must for you.

To replicate the beet salad with apple recipe you need to boil the beet if you are using fresh ones. It can take about 20-30 minutes until they are soft enough. I personally love it when the beet is still a bit crunchy.
