- 600 g mulberries
- 1⁄4 lemon
- 100 ml water
- 2 g neutral gelatine powder
- mint leaf
Put a saucepan on heat and add the mulberries. Crush them with a fork. Pour in the water and lemon juice.
When it comes to the boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for about 20 minutes, until a thicker texture is obtained. Stir from time to time. Add the gelatine and stir.
Leave to cook for a further 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Transfer the jam to an airtight container to keep it for longer.
Serve the blackberry jam and garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
