Directions

45 min.
1. Step

In a bowl, combine the flour and eggs. Then, gradually add the milk and water, mixing constantly to avoid lumps. Add the salt and butter, and beat until the mixture is smooth.

2. Step

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and grease with a little butter. For each crepe, pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan, tilting it to completely cover the base. Cook for about 2 minutes, until lightly browned, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Remember, they should not be too browned or they may break when rolled.

3. Step

For the filling, start by heating the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion and bell bell pepper and cook until soft. Then add the chicken, salt and pepper and cook until the chicken is cooked through.

4. Step

In each crepe, place a generous portion of the chicken filling and cover with a little béchamel sauce. Then, roll the crepe and place it in a baking dish. When you have rolled all the crepes, cover them with the grilled cheese and bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.

5. Step

Serve hot and enjoy these delicious stuffed savory crepes for your Christmas dinner.
