Following this recipe in your Thermomix, the result will be perfect and everyone will be delighted with your cake.

- 300 grams Of peeled and seeded pumpkin
- 200 grams of brown sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 200 grams Of sunflower oil
- 300 grams of flour
- 1 about Of baking powder
- 1 cdta Cinnamon powder
- 50 grams Of walnuts (optional)

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Step
In the Thermomix jug, place the chopped pumpkin and puree for 30 seconds on speed 7.
3. Step
Add the sugar and eggs, mixing for 20 seconds on speed 4.
4. Step
Add the oil and mix for 10 seconds at speed 4.
5. Step
Stir in the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix for 15 seconds on speed 4. If you choose to use walnuts, add them now and mix with the spatula.
6. Step
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Step
Let cool for 10 minutes before unmolding and ready, you can enjoy your pumpkin cake made in Thermomix!
