- 140 g ground almonds
- 210 g soft butter
- 280 g self-rising flour
- 2 yolk
- 40 g sugar
- pinch salt
Mix the ground almonds, butter, flour, egg yolks, sugar and salt.
Shape 4 rolls, put them into cling film and cool in the fridge for 1 hour.
Cut the rolls into slices of 1cm. Shape the 'Kipferl' and put it onto a baking tray with baking paper. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Mix the icing sugar with vanilla sugar. Coat the biscuit in the mixture while they are still hot. Enjoy!
