Try this original Dutch recipe, for a simple dessert you can snack on anytime!

- 200 g All Purpose Flour
- 50 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 tablespoon melted butter
Preheat your mini pancake pan. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Then add an egg, vanilla extract, melted butter, milk, and mix. To change the consistency of the batter, add less or more milk.
Coat your pan with oil or butter, and pour the batter in. Flip the pancakes when bubbles begin to form on top, and cook on the other side for about another minute.
Dust with sugar, and serve. Enjoy!
