- 3 boiled eggs
- 300 g fresh sausages
- 25 g green apple with skin
- 25 g white celery
- 1 egg
- Chopped parsley
- grated nutmeg
- white pepper
- grated ginger
- beaten eggs
Remove the skin from the sausages and chop finely. Dress the meat with the apple, raw egg, aromatic herbs and spices. Set aside for ten minutes.
Make balls of 100 g of meat and flatten them between two sheets of cling film with a rolling pin.
Remove one of the sheets and wrap the boiled eggs with the meat. Leave to cool.
Dredge in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs or similar
Fry over moderate heat.
Serve with Caesar salad. Enjoy!
