- fried smoked tofu

Mash the avocado, add salt & black pepper. Slice the mango and tofu. Spread the rice on top of the nori, preferably with wet hands so it won't stick to them.
Place all the ingredients in a line in the middle.
Roll up the nori carefully. Wet the edge to stick it together. Cut the rolls and serve.
