- 100 g Copha
- 75 g white cooking chocolate
- 60 g Rice Bubbles
- 40 g Desiccated Coconut
- 1⁄2 Cup powdered milk
- 35 g icing sugar mixture
- 85 g almond
- 85 g dried mango
- 115 g red glace cherries
- 7 large waffle cones
- Desiccated Coconut
- fresh strawberries
- raspberries and cherries
- Mini candy canes
- meringue kisses
- White mini marshmallows
- white chocolate stars
Combine the Copha and chocolate in a large heatproof bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water, and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
Add the coconut, powdered milk, and icing sugar to the Copha mixture and stir to combine. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cut rectangles of baking paper and roll them into a cone shape. Place them inside the waffle cones.
Fill the cones with the mixture. Stand in glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove paper from trees and assemble the trees. Decorate the base with desiccated coconut, Arrange berries and sweets onto the plater around the trees.
Top the trees with chocolate stars. Enjoy!
