Ingredients
For the biscuit
- 6 eggs
- 3 tsp vanilla sugar
- 220 g sugar
- 280 g wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
For the cream
- 400 g cream
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 3 tsp vanilla sugar
- 4 tsp agar agar
- 100 g grated coconut
- 340 g canned pineapple drained weight
For the decoration
- 100 g grated coconut
