- 200 g Gouda cheese
- 180 g Edam cheese
- 20 g Parmesan cheese
- 55 g Self Raising Flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 0.13 tsp black pepper
- sunflower oil
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix them well.
Use a large spoon to scoop some of the mixture and shape it into small balls.
Refrigerate them for 1 hour.
Deep them in hot oil and fry them for a few minutes until they’re golden brown.
