Yeast Pancake Recipe

Want to try something different from classic pancakes? Yeast pancakes are a simple and excellent alternative. Served with maple syrup, cinnamon, or fruit, they make a great sweet breakfast for the whole family.

  • 500 g self-rising flour Added to
  • 1 Spoons sugar Added to
  • 1 Spoon salt Added to
  • 20 g fresh yeast Added to
  • 500 ml milk Added to
  • 2 pcs egg Added to
  • 2 Spoons oil Added to

1. Step

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Crumble the yeast, add it to the bowl, and mix.

2. Step

Add the milk, eggs, and oil and work into a smooth dough. Let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.

3. Step

On a hot pan with a bit of oil, we fry the pancakes on both sides until golden. Serve hot.
