VIDEORECIPE The most popular and easiest pepperoni pizza
- 450 g self-rising flour
- 11⁄2 tsp yeast
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 230 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 150 g sausage
- 200 g mozzarella cheese
Mix the warm water mixed with sugar, salt and yeast. Then, mix in some of the sifted flour to make a thick dough. Cover the dough in clingfilm and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Add olive oil and the rest of the flour. Then, start kneading the dough with your hands.
Sprinkle the table with flour, knead the ready dough and shape it into a circle.
Transfer to a baking tray.
Use a tomato sauce and cover with grated mozzarella cheese.
Spread the sliced sausage evenly. It can be a special spicy pepperoni pork sausage or just a regular half-smoked one.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake ready pizza maximum of 20 minutes.
Leave it to cool for a few minutes. Then, slice it into portions and serve it to the table. Enjoy!
