Spanish sangria

This recipe is practical and simple, but guaranteed to become everyone's favourite. I love fruity drinks and this sangria is always refreshing and delicious.

  • 4 dl Orange juice (freshly squeezed is best) Added to

  • 1 lemon Added to
  • 2 apple Added to
  • 2 tablespoon sugar Added to

1. Step

First wash and cut the oranges, lemons and apples into small pieces. Don't leave this out, as the natural sugar content of the fruit is a very important element in the taste of the sangria.

2. Step

Place all the fruit in a large jug, then add the sugar and brandy. Next, pour in the orange juice and wine. From experience, I recommend not to omit the brandy, it is an excellent quality flavouring and gives the sangria an excellent taste.

3. Step

Mix all the ingredients well so that the sugar is completely dissolved and the flavours are well combined. Then chill the drink in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours.

4. Step

Before serving, pour the drink into glasses, top up with sparkling mineral water and garnish with fresh fruit.
