  • 1 cup Of dates Added to
  • 1 cup ground nuts Added to
  • 2 tablespoon Raw cocoa powder Added to
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds Added to
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Added to
  • pinch of salt Added to
  • Ground cinnamon for coating Added to

1. Step

Soak the dates in lukewarm water for 10 minutes to soften before preparing. After this time, drain them and remove the stones.

2. Step

Put all the ingredients in a blender - dates, nuts, cocoa powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Blend on high speed until smooth. If the mixture is too dry, you can add a little water.

3. Step

Shape the mass into balls. If the mixture sticks to your hands, I have a little tip - you can soak your hands in water, the balls will then have a smooth surface and will be easier to form.

4. Step

Put the balls in the fridge for a while to firm up.

5. Step

If you want you can coat them in ground cinnamon.
