Perfect Quick & Easy Coconut Macaroons

- 51⁄2 cups flaked coconut
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, coconut, and salt. Stir these until they are well mixed.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract over the dry mixture. Stir well until fully combined.

Drop the dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets. Ensure each dough ball is about 2 inches apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.

Remove the macaroons from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a minute.
