- 11⁄4 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup Chopped parsley
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 egg
- 11⁄2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1⁄2 tsp turmeric
- 1⁄2 tsp Aleppo chile flakes
- 1⁄2 tsp baking soda
- 11⁄2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup vegetable oil

Add cauliflower to boiling water and cook for 4 minutes. Reserve 1/4 cup of the water. Drain the cauliflower and mash. Add the rest of the ingredients and the reserved water. Mix well.
