- 400 g penne pasta
Sauce
- 2 pcs onion
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 200 ml Whipped for cooking
- 100 g grated cheese
- 1 pcs garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper

1. Step
We cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. Step
We add onion and garlic, sliced thinly, to the pan and sauté in butter until they are golden brown.
3. Step
We add lemon juice and cream, stir and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
4. Step
We add grated cheese, stir and boil for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
5. Step
We mix the ready-made sauce with the cooked pasta and season to taste with salt and spices.
