- 3 kg white pork jowl
- 11⁄2 kg Iberian pork skin
- 2 heads garlic
- 3 tablespoon wild oregano
- 45 g coarse salt
- 3 tablespoon sweet paprika
Cut the pork skin into small pieces. Then, place them into a saucepan. Stir frequently.
Cut the jowl into cubes and place it in a bowl. Then, cut the garlic into halves, and add it to the meat. Add also oregano and salt. Mix well.
Add the meat to the saucepan. Cook for 30 minutes until golden brown. Stir frequently.
When pork meat is cooked, place it into a bowl. Wait for 3 minutes and add paprika.
Serve and enjoy!
