Homemade Vanilla frosting recipe
Don't stop customizing your cakes and cupcakes because you ran out of vanilla frosting! With this recipe, you'll learn how to make homemade vanilla frosting. It will give an extra touch to your sweet preparations.
- 375 g icing sugar
- 250 g unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon extract
- 2 tablespoon milk
Sieve the icing sugar.
Put the butter in the mixer bowl and beat on medium-high speed for a few minutes, until it has whitened and is very creamy.
Add the sugar, vanilla and milk. Beat until the sugar is completely integrated and the cream is smooth but firm at the same time.
Once ready you can use it to fill, cover and decorate cakes and cupcakes.
