- 300 g self-rising flour
- 200 g butter
- 100 cc water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 onion
- 1 paprika
- 1 garlic
- 1 small tomato
- 500 g hake
- 1 can mackerel
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Chopped parsley
- Lemon zest
- black pepper
- 1 egg
Shape a crown with the flour and place the cold butter cubes in the centre. Add the salt and water. Mix until the ingredients are combined. Cover with cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for twenty minutes.
Roll out into a rectangle and make six simple folds. Between each fold, place in the fridge for about twenty minutes. Roll out again to a thickness of 2 or 3 mm. Set aside.
Brown the onion with the garlic and add the fish. Barely cook the hake, add the mackerel and the sweet pepper, and season well.
Place the stuffing and close without folding.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven to 180°C for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
