- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 11⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 11⁄2 teaspoon breadcrumbs

- 1 Cup mushroom
- 3 tablespoon self-rising flour
- 12⁄3 Cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 11⁄2 tablespoon dark soy sauce

Melt butter and fry rice on it. Add hot water, salt, and a bay leaf, and cook for 15 minutes.
