- 1 zucchini
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoon grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Place the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano and panko in a deep bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Wash the zucchini and remove any dirt. Then cut it into slices. Put the slices in a bowl of water and leave them to stand for 10 minutes.
Drain the zucchini and coat each slice on both sides in the panko and cheese mixture.
Place the battered zucchini on a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the chips in the preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes, until they start to brown.
Leave to cool and serve. Enjoy!
