- 1 kg potato
- 40 g butter
- 1 head garlic
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- black peppercorns
- coarse salt
Cook the potatoes in salted water until soft. Then, drain and set aside.
In a frying pan, sauté a head of garlic and some peppercorns with EVOO.
Add the potatoes and season. Then, add some fresh rosemary leaves, sauté over high heat and add some lemon peel.
Arrange the potatoes on a roasting tray and mash them. Heat the oven to maximum power and bake them until golden brown and crispy.
Serve the potatoes warm. Enjoy!
