- 2 tsp baking soda
- salt
- 45 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 250 ml boiling milk
- 15 g butter
- oil

1. Step
In a bowl add all the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix and set aside.
2. Step
Add the hot milk, egg, and vanilla essence.
3. Step
Knead until obtaining a smooth dough.
4. Step
Add the butter and knead until is no longer sticky.
5. Step
Grease a container and add the dough. Let it rest for 1 hour.
6. Step
Roll the dough into manzani shape. Then, heat the oil and cook them.
7. Step
