- 125 g unsalted burrer
- 1 cup semolina sugar
- 310 g self-rising flour
- 11⁄2 tsp baking soda
- 1⁄2 baking soda
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 250 ml milk
- 3 egg
- 11⁄2 tsp vanilla essence
- 125 g unsalted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 75 g sprinkles
Mix butter, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk and vanilla.
Pour the liquid mixture into the flour. Then, mix until obtaining a smooth batter.
In a cake-baking pan with baking paper, place the batter. Bake in the preheated oven to 170°C for 35 minutes. Cool completely before adding the icing.
Add the icing sugar and vanilla to the butter. Beat for 5 minutes. Then, spread it on top of the cake.
Scatter the sprinkles, cut in triangles and serve.
