Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Step
Cut off the base of the cauliflower, then cut 1-inch slabs from the head. Brush both sides of each slab with oil, and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
