- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried onion
- 1 tsp dried garlic
- 1⁄2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
Rinse chicken wings in cold water. Then, cut the wings into three pieces, the small part of the tip of the wing is not used in cooking. Pat the wings dry with paper towels.
Place the chicken in a deep bowl and add the smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, dried onion and garlic, salt and mix well to coat the wings completely with seasonings. Leave the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil and put the chicken in it.
Fry the chicken pieces for 25 minutes over medium heat, turning occasionally. Fry until golden brown.
Remove the chicken from the heat and let sit for a few minutes.
Serve fried chicken ribs hot with vegetables, rice, and potatoes or as a hot appetizer with your favourite sauces.
