- 100 g self-rising flour
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
Place the whole egg in a bowl along with the cottage cheese and sugar. Stir and mix the ingredients.
Add the milk and mix with a hand whisk. Then, add all the sifted flour and mix again. Also, add the sifted baking powder and stir the mixture.
Heat a nonstick skillet and pour a ladleful of the ricotta pancake batter.
Cook the ricotta pancakes over medium-low heat until appearing bubbles on the surface. Then, gently flip the pancakes and cook them on the other side.
Remove the ricotta pancakes from the pan and stack them on a plate. Then, drizzle honey, maple syrup, Nutella or whatever you prefer on top and serve.
