The best homemade ketchup recipe, made from tomato paste.

- 150 g tomato paste
- 1⁄4 tsp garlic powder
- 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
- 1⁄2 tsp mustard powder
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 tsp vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄2 tablespoon starch
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
Mix the tomato paste with garlic powder, black pepper, mustard powder, sugar, onion powder, salt, and paprika.
In a pan, mix starch and water. Then heat up while mixing. When the starch has dissolved, pour it into the paste. Heat and mix.
Once properly combined, pour into a jar and pasteurize, by putting the full jar into boiling water for 10 minutes.
Your homemade ketchup will now last for over a year. Enjoy with whatever meals you add ketchup to!
