Prepare quick and easy pickled peppers.

- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
Thinly slice the jalapenos and chop the bell pepper. Separate both into 2 jars, and add a clove of garlic to each.
Heat vinegar, water, honey, and salt. Bring to a boil, then pour into the jars. Let cool, then refrigerate and enjoy!
