How to make healthy vegan sausage roll?

- 240 g pulled Oats
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup diced sweet potato
- 1 volume Chopped coriander
- 1 lemon
- 1⁄2 tsp fennel seed
- 1⁄2 tsp cumin seed
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- 4 whole grain wraps
In a pot on a medium add the olive oil.
Add onion, garlic and sweet potato and cook until tender.
Add pulled oats, coriander, fennel seed, cumin seed and nutritional yeast and cook for a further 5 minutes until combined.
Lay your wraps on the bench, spoon a generous amount of filling in the middle then carefully roll up your sausage rolls.
Slice your rolls to your desired size, place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes until golden, or place in the freezer for later use.
Serve with your favourite sauce.
