- 12 lamb cutlets
- 1 cup dried panko breadcrumbs
- 1⁄3 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon kecap manis
- 1⁄2 cup plain flour
- 1⁄4 cup rice bran oil
Put flour in one bowl, egg and kecap manis in a second one, and panko breadcrumbs, sea salt, and parmesan in a third one. Cover the cutlets first in flour, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs. Then fry in heated oil. Enjoy!
