Homemade sweet potato pie recipe
This easy recipe teaches how to make the best homemade sweet potato pie. Don't miss it!

- 1 baked sweet potato
- 3 egg
- 150 g sugar
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 200 g self-rising flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 200 ml milk
- icing sugar

1. Step
Scoop out the pulp from a baked sweet potato.
2. Step
Pour the eggs and sugar into a bowl. Beat well and add the sunflower oil.
3. Step
Put the flour and cinnamon in another bowl and mix well. Add it to the eggs and then add the sweet potato. Blend and add the milk.
4. Step
Pour into a floured mould and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180ºC.
5. Step
Before serving, decorate with icing sugar. Delicious!
