Boil the beans in water.

2. Step

After boiling for five minutes, remove the water and add cold water. Repeat this process two more times.

3. Step

Reserve the excess water in a container.

4. Step

Add the sugar and cook until the resulting juice begins to evaporate.

5. Step

Add the pinch of salt and stir well.

6. Step

Cook until it becomes thick but not consistent.

7. Step

Leave to cool and store in the fridge in an airtight container.

8. Step

Ready to use!
