- 400 g short pasta
- 1 kg broccoli
- 1 clove garlic
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- chili pepper
- 6 caper
- salt and pepper
- coarse salt
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Wash and clean the broccoli by dividing it into florets. Also, cut the broccoli stalks.
Wash and cut the tomatoes into quarters.
Place the pasta pot on the cooker and add the diced broccoli stalks and the coarse salt. Bring the water to a boil. Then, cook the pasta al dente.
Fry the garlic with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and capers. Then add the broccoli and sauté over medium heat. Also, add some chilli to taste and salt. Cover and continue cooking.
Add the tomatoes and sauté everything. Cook over medium heat with the lid half open. After 3 minutes, add some water to cook the pasta.
When the broccoli is cooked, remove the garlic clove and turn off the heat. Drain the pasta al dente, add it to the broccoli and, over high heat, sauté everything to mix the ingredients.
Sprinkle the pasta with pepper and pour in some extra virgin olive oil. Mix and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
