Every weekend I make something sweet for my family and this gluten free poppy seed cake with apples has become a hit. It's the perfect solution for those who are gluten intolerant.

- 3 mugs ground poppy seeds
- 1 mug Semi-coarse rice flour
- 1 mug Semolina maize flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1⁄2 mug Unrefined sugar
- 1 mug oil
- 1 mug milk
- 1 a piece egg
- 4 a piece apples
- cinnamon

1. Step
First prepare the dough. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients - poppy seeds, rice and corn flours, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2. Step
Gradually add milk, oil and egg.
3. Step
Peel, core and thinly slice the apples. It is ideal to use more acidic apples, which will add the necessary freshness to the cake. Mix them with cinnamon.
4. Step
Mix the apples with the dough and pour it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
5. Step
Bake the gluten-free poppy seed cake with apples in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
