1. Step

Put the flour in a bowl. Mix boiling water with salt. Gradually stir the water and oil into the flour.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Shape into a ball, cover with cling film and leave to rest for 20 min.

Roll into a log and divide into 10-12 portions, roll out very thinly so that it fits into the pan.

4. Step

Heat the pan well and fry the lavash without adding oil for 2 minutes on each side. Turn over when bubbles form.

5. Step

Stack the baked pieces of bread on top of each other, immediately brush with water and cover. Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
