- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 10 strips smoked bacon
- 9 eggs
- 2 shallots
- 4 tablespoon milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 prebaked pie tart
- 1 sheet puff pastry
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Fry chopped bacon and shallots.
Fill your prebaked pie tart with the fried bacon. Break six eggs into the pie. Beat the other three, combine with milk, salt, and pepper, and pour into the pie.
Put another layer of pastry on top and cover with leftover egg and milk mixture. Bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
