- 3 Eggplants
- 450 g Ground lamb or veal
- 1 onion
- 2 or Ripe tomatoes
- 2 potato
- 1 clove garlic
- glass White or red wine
- black pepper
- Bechamel sauce

- sl mozzarella
Wash the eggplants and cut them into slices of 0.5 cm. Then, put on absorbent paper with a pinch of salt.
