Ingredients
- Assorted Seafood
- 1⁄2 lb Shrimp
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 5 Culantros or Parsley Leaves
- 1⁄2 lemon
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 tsp ground garlic
- 1 tsp ground onion
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1⁄2 tsp oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- pinch sugar
- salt
- pepper
- chilli flakes

Clean the shrimps very well and put the seafood in a container and set aside. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and crush the garlic.

In a large frying pan add the oil, onion and garlic, stir once the onion changes colour, add the peppers, salt and pepper.
