- 400 g Cake flour
- 6 yolk
- 6 tablespoon sour cream
- 1⁄4 spoon salt
- 1⁄2 spoon sugar
- 1⁄2 spoon vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon spirytus
Combine all the ingredients. On a flour-dusted surface, beat the dough with a rolling pan. Once flat, fold over, and repeat. Cover in plastic wrap and chill in fridge for 20 minutes.
Melt lard or oil in a pan. Roll out the dough on a flour-dusted surface super thin. Cut into long strips, about 4 cm wide.
Cut a slit in the middle of a strip lengthwise. Fold one end through the slit. Repeat for all strips.
